This was the most stress free, seamless and easy car buying experience I have ever had. I had the pleasure of working with the GM Erick and Nick in sales. I will never recommend anybody go here!! Absolutely horrible car service. They had my car for months. Just to come back and tell me my car can’t be fixed. They also left my car it a horrible state, with half the engine thrown in a box and the rest strewn about in the back of my trunk!! My license plate was also very bent as well as random pieces like my door handle were not put back together! On top of that they had the audacity to take my battery and deny ever doing so and also try and charge me for labor when nothing was ever fixed on my car!

I decided they were wrong in their assumption that my car could never be fixed and I decided to take my car to a simple auto repair shop and they had my car up and running and back in my hands in only three weeks!!!

Well I drove all away from Columbia South Carolina to get my dream car which I found at Napleton Buick GMC of Crystal Lake! Although I grew up in the dealership myself of 35 years and have bought 30 plus cars this was by far the best experience I've ever had! Samara went above and beyond the Call of Duty I mean customer service was spectacular she kept me informed answered every question that I had concerning the vehicle as well as Eric in sales made it possible for me to get the car as there was a few bugs we had to work out but nevertheless they made it happen. I would highly recommend these guys!

My experience at Napleton Buick was wonderful.  Rodrigo was the one who sold us a 2018 Enclave. He was extremely polite and personable. I felt comfortable being there and didn't feel pressured into making a deal. So yes, I would recommend this place!

Arrived for my oil change, a couple minutes late. The service door was open and the bay available when I pulled in. I was greeted immediately by a service agent who took my keys and directed me to the lounge while my paperwork was generated. After a brief wait, I signed the work order and I was on my way…I chose not to wait.

After a couple of hours, I received a call that my car was ready. There were no discussions on other possible work the car might need. I have a 2023 Buick with 26k miles as I am the original owner. All maintenance work has been performed at Napleton, Crystal Lake.

When I setup this appointment using the Buick app, I clicked on the option to use the points I had available for payment. When I was presented the invoice, the points were not used because I didn’t make it known that was my intention to use them when I dropped the vehicle off. It hadn’t occurs to me that I needed to mention the use of points since I clicked that option when I submitted the appointment.
