Willing to discuss price Had this bed for just over 3 months. My husband and I loved it but now we're moving and we have more room. It definitely holds more than 400 lbs. It’s in excellent condition and taken apart for moving. We have the manual and some extra bolts along with all the current bolts in a bag. We also have "stairs" for the loft they are metal and make it much easier. We carpeted them and there are motion lights on each step to make it easier at night. This is a package deal with the loft and the stairs no mattress. For anybody this is an ideal set up.
