Just recently bought a 2021 Cadillac XT5 400 with my partner, the vehicle was due for an oil change and the motor air filter change. They said that they would take care of it when I bring it back so I brought it back waited 40 minutes just to check the work they did when I got back home and nothing was done, they just reset the oil life and air filter life through the speedometer but check out the photo and you tell me if the air filter was changed. My advice don’t go here and purchase a vehicle when all in all it cost little to nothing for anyone and especially this dealership to do a simple oil change and air filter change but of course them being honest and loyal to their customers isn’t a thing there. I have been calling them to try and resolve this but they don’t wanna answer my phone calls. I wonder why.

My wife has been looking to purchase another vehicle.  And we went to many places and they just didn't seem right.. then I was told about this place. And I was so surprised that they actually have an amazing warranty on used cars.. I came here at closing time on a Saturday night 15 min before they closed and was met by Carlos one of they salesman he was amazing so happy to help us even thou they was about to leave..he showed my wife a very nice honda civic that my wife absolutely fell in love with. he was extremely knowledgeable. and so helpful. they made getting this car so easy and the terms were very reasonable.. everyone there made this experience so easy and painless i highly recommend ya come see my new brother from another mother Carlos at carfactory miami... thank u guys for helping my wife find her dream car......

Bought a cargo van…it’s leaking from roof & they had to know as it rains in Florida daily & they let me sign papers & immediately put in shop for over a month & trying to tell me I owe a payment…

Communication is beyond poor…Carlos never answers,txt back or email & had not been for Milad @ Hollywood office…I would be completely lost & therefore this is beyond bad business

Absolute worst experience ever buying a vehicle. My first red flag was I specifically called to come check out a vehicle drove from Naples and loved the vehicle sat down inside and started filling out all sorts of paperwork to purchase we offered to put down the requested amount of money and before I completely signed they said they had another individual that was interested in the vehicle that just came in and they’re offering to put down a little bit more money than we were. So basically they sold the car out from under us. We went home. They called us the next day said they had the exact same vehicle in late that night so we drove all the way back. Everything ended up working out except since it was a “rush” the vehicle was not clean. It was actually very disgusting inside, but it was the exact making model I wanted we figured we would clean it on our own.
Everything seemed fine until a month later I went looking for the paperwork for my auto loan because I hadn’t received it yet. Turns out they falsified the vehicles titles paperwork, and there was no loan on the car given to me because of this.
I am still dealing with this three months later driving a vehicle with no title because it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone with answers they’re lying every time I speak to them so at this point, we even found out that there is 30,000 miles changed on the odometer since the last owner. We are hiring a lawyer because of all of the false information.

Best car buying experience we’ve had! Great vehicles, great service! Our salesman (Carlos Gonzalez) was very patient, with a wealth of knowledge on their vehicles. We will definitely be coming back to this dealer.
