UPDATED POST: PLEASE NOTE I HAVE CONTINUED WORKING ON THE INSIDE AND HAVE ALL BUT THE BEDROOM RENOVATED, MODERN AND CLEAN! PHOTOS ARE ALL CURRENT CONDITION INITIAL POST: 2006 Itasca Motorhome, model is 35A, it's got the workhorse chassis and Chevy gas motor in it, with only 14,000 miles! Family owned since new! The good: New roof finish sealant put on this last year, it's good for ten years Had RV emblems and designs painted on motorhome, no stickers, means no peeling or fading! Outside is in great condition and runs great. Has full power automatic leveling jacks that work like a dream! Had three large slides for tons of space inside, full outdoor kitchen and shower, large storage spots, tires are in great shape, it was just registered for the year! The bad: I got a wild hair, and decided I would remodel the inside, long story short, I was in over my head, so now the Inside is gutted and will need floors and paint, I did do the counters and those Came out great, but it will come in with no original furniture in it. It was all tossed, have a new dining table for it but you'll need to buy a couch, bedroom does have new mattress and big screen TV in it. Asking $15,000 for quick sale and because the inside needs the remodel, please don't waste my time with low ball offers this is a great deal!!!!
