Early-production Dickens Village shop stamped ©1984 on the underside, part of the first generation of Heritage Village buildings. This vintage piece features the original stone façade, early roof tile sculpting, and hand-painted details unique to the initial 1980s run. Includes the original box, styrofoam insert, light cord, and green Dickens Village hangtag, making it a complete collector’s example. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Box shows age wear consistent with its era. A classic early-shop design ideal for collectors building out an authentic 1980s Dickens Village street.
