Set is INCOMPLETE. This set originally came with 18 Santas, but there are two missing (USA and Philippines), and two are duplicates (England). Nonetheless, it is a fantastic boxed collection, and all the ornaments are beautifully crafted with great detail! Each Santa is dressed uniquely to represent a particular culture/country. Was originally sold for $17 per piece!! -EXCELLENT PREOWNED CONDITION. No chips or broken pieces. Box shows some signs of wear. -Danbury Mint collection. -Hand-painted porcelain. -Ornaments vary in height (approx 2in - 3.5in). -Comes in original box but no paperwork.
