This is brand new. I had back surgery and used this around the house for about 3 days before I was able to switch to a cane. This was $80 brand new. We bought it about 10 days ago. As far as use, this can just be considered a normal walker. It is the same size and just as sturdy as one that doesn't fold - this one just has the added benefit of being able to fold into a small size. It's great for using around the house as a normal Walker or take it with you on a trip if needed. This folds up very easily and turns into a very compact size of about 21"x18"x6". This is for local sale only. Will not ship or deliver. Item is located on James Island.
