I was a little nervous about buying a car, but everything went super smoothly, which was a huge relief. The best part of the whole day was working with Chris. He was the salesperson who helped me find the perfect car for me. Chris was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I made the mistake of buying a car from Drive Force LLC, and I regret it every single day. The salesman, Chris, told me the radio didn’t work because it “just needed a Honda dealer code.” Sounded simple enough — until I took it to Honda and they literally laughed and told me it wasn’t a radio code issue at all.

When Honda pulled the head unit out, they showed me the inside:
•	random solder blobs everywhere,
•	cut wires,
•	and wires running to nowhere.

Basically a backyard science project. Definitely not a “needs a code” situation — more like “needs a whole new head unit because somebody butchered this thing.”

And then there’s the part nobody bothered to mention: the car has a rebuilt title. Absolutely zero disclosure. No explanation. No warning. Nothing. I found out the hard way — which makes sense, because…

There is STILL glass from the previous accident blowing out of the A/C vents. I’m literally driving and pieces of glass come flying out when the air kicks on. That tells you exactly how much effort went into “fixing” this car.

Chris “tested” the car for me, but after watching him try to drive a manual, I’m 100% convinced he has no idea how to operate a clutch. That should’ve been my first red flag.

Then I checked underneath the car:
•	Underbody panels held on with wood screws and zip ties,
•	A bunch of hoses — including the windshield washer fluid hose — straight up snipped,
•	And a trash bondo job that looks like it was done blindfolded.

This place hides issues, gives excuses, and sells cars held together by Home Depot hardware.

Save your money, save your sanity, and stay far away from this place.

I worked on the car’s suspension today and discovered that the passenger-side lower control arm isn’t even the correct part — it’s a cheap, incorrect replacement that was clearly thrown on after the accident. It’s not the same shape or size as the OEM control arm on the driver side, and this mismatch is what’s causing the passenger wheel to sit with negative camber (the top of the tire leaning inward) while the other three wheels line up properly with the fenders. This uneven geometry is also causing the car to pull slightly to the left. On top of that, they had previously installed a junk tie rod that I already had to replace because it was clunking, and I was told the suspension was “blown,” yet all I did was properly reinstall everything and the smacking noise disappeared. They even left the coolant reservoir completely empty. Based on everything I’ve found, I strongly recommend staying away from Drive Force LLC.

Amazing dealership. My dealer’s name was Jerry and he was extremely kind and informative. They really allow you to take your time to pick the right car for you and are really reasonable with their negotiations.
