Selling a beautiful genuine leather sofa and loveseat set. It has been professionally cleaned and detailed! Includes: • One 3-seat sofa • One 2-seat loveseat Both are upholstered in top-grain leather in a cognac color. The set is in excellent condition and has been kept in a smoke-free home. We originally paid over $5,000 for the set direct from Allform. The build quality is great. It has solid hardwood frames, firm and supportive cushions, and clean, modern lines. Only selling because my husband originally picked it for a home office/man cave setup, but we’ve recently moved and decided we want something other than leather for the space. Asking $1,250, or best offer. Open to reasonable offers, especially if you’re able to pick up soon. Located on the ground floor for easy loading.
