Hip Thruster Machine

Easy to store hip thruster machine. It comes with 3 resistance bands of 45 lbs (resistance level stated by manufacturer) Other details of the machine: -400 lbs of resistance capacity stated by manufacturer -weighs approximately 26lbs - 70 lbs resistance bands available by manufacturer - Brand of machine: Bootysprout. -The machine is in very good condition and only has a minor scratch on its wooden base, which can easily be sand-off. Purpose use: Good for those who seek to train and develop their glutes or strengthen any related hip injuries. This was a convenient machine for me to have during my specific hip injury in the past. I wanted to get my rehap exercises over with immediately instead of waiting for people being done with a machine in a very crowded gym, so I bought this to save me time and move on with other exercises. Thankfully, I have recovered, and I just use now resistance loops and glute bridges to prevent hip injuries. Thus, I don't seem to really need this anymore as weighted squats and resistance loops along with body bridges have been more than enough for me.
