Lil Em has new bronze keel bolts with lead keel and bronze hardware all over the boat. Roller furling jib and electric motor makes this boat a pleasure and a breeze to sail! She is very sailor friendly and the seller (me) is a professional sailing instructor so if you buy this boat and need a refresher or even a beginner lesson, consider it included in the purchase price. This is a Perfect day sailor or pocket cruiser. It does not have a sink, or head (does have a Porta-poddy) sails are in decent shape and the boat has new paint outsides and deck, fresh varnish in all the teak trim.
