Real clean time capsule. Everything works!!New bottom paint and zincs. Full canvas wraps the stern. We cruise, fish, crab, and camp on her most of the year. It gets a little too cold for my blood, Dec-Feb., but pretty much all of the other 9 months we play with her when we have the time. Hate to see her go, but we finally outgrew her and got into a 35' cruiser. Owned this 27' Fairliner for 10 years now, & my family has made a lot of memories with her. Regular maintenance is done every spring. She's a single screw and handles like a dream. 5.0L 305 V8 fires up every single time. No kicker or mount as I put these on my new boat. Moored under cover down on Dock Street in Tacoma. Can transfer the slip with the boat or sell the boat itself. My covered slip costs $425 a month. Electric, water, & weekly dump included. Clean title in hand. There's a little wiggle room on price but not hard up to sell, so not a lot. $8,200 obo. No lowballs or trades.
