Description

Selling for a friend. I don’t know much about this chair. We know that it belonged to my friend’s mother-in-law, and she bought it right about the time she got married in 1940, or just after. Unknown how old it was when she got it. She called this her sewing chair, but I’ve also seen it called a nursing chair. This is the original tapestry. It is worn in two places, as pictured, on the edge of the chair, and near the top of the back. The closest one of this kind I’ve seen online is being sold for $1200+. Asking $300 or best reasonable offer. Pickup in Woodstock, or can meet in Marietta.
