This sectional is in great condition! I will be moving, so need it gone asap. Must be able to pick up by Thursday 6/5. There are a few minor worn areas (on the seam of a few back and seat cushions, though can be easily hidden or mended. There is also a subtle water mark on the back bottom left corner of the base of the couch. See photos. Non-smoking home. Great size, and it’s hard to find small scale sectionals. 94”x94” Depth: 37” Must be able to pick up by Thursday 6/5. Paid over $2k for it, but need it gone asap so make me an offer.
