Description
4L60E/700R4 $500 build labor $250 Removal/Install Ea. $50 per 4wd remove/install Parts Price Sheet $35 Molded Pistons* $60 3/4 Clutch Pack* $50 All Other Clutches $35 Heavy Duty Band $55 Beast Sunshell $30 Various gaskets, Seals, O-rings, and Filter* $35 for external cooler (bigger than Autozone's $55 one)* $150 Torque Converter* $120-170 13qts of ATF Shift/Correction Kit This kit addresses pattern failures throughout the transmission. It updates your valve body, correcting a lot of the underlying causes of pattern failures. It swaps your torque converter lock-up strategy to an on/off system which increases your vehicle's power, saves your "3/4" clutch, as well as improves your gas mileage. $150 S/K Install $65 S/K Kit $65 Valve body "Tuff" Plate These are the most commonly required parts. It's not everything that can go wrong but the most common failures. If it has an asterisk by it, it's something I insist upon to feel comfortable putting my warranty on it. Needing the other clutches or a sun shell is dependent on their condition, as are the other steels and hard parts. Steels are $4 a piece, and the other hard parts are rarely damaged. If they are unacceptably worn, I may have some around. If not my supplier has "Good Used" and "New" hardparts depending on your preference and budget. An aftermarket "Beast" sun shell is always a great idea. It addresses one of the most common pattern failures I see besides "3/4" clutch pack failure. {url removed} *4L70E PICTURED*
