They were very friendly & knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy. Jeremy helped me on the phone as I was looking on the internet inventory & Ben was great the day I walked in to see the car I'd virwed on the website. (Jeremy was not in that day.) He took his time & answered all my questions patiently. A very relaxed experience without stress. Am glad their location is only 1.5 miles from my home! This will be good for maintenance & service! Honestly, the best dealer/ service shop I’ve experienced between living in Seattle, Portland, and then being in Bend. We used them in the pandemic when passing through and have come back when visiting family because we feel it’s the most straightforward and honest place we’ve dealt with. Haven’t bought a car through them but all service we’ve had done has been great. The real bright spot is that they are very communicative and explain everything in easy to understand ways. They also have told us a couple times about things we could do, but aren’t necessary, which is always great to be able to make the choice versus being pressured to do things that are really optional. All in all, they are great! And Russel seems like a real one, super helpful and great service rep.

Found a vehicle I liked on Subaru of Bend website. Got in touch with a salesman and asked him to send additional photos since I am 4 hours away from the dealership. He sent a few I proceeded to ask for additional photos of all exterior body damage. He sent back a couple photos of minor scuffs that could likely be buffed out. I decided to make the drive to go purchase the car. When I arrived I saw tremendous amount of damage on the vehicle. A spot of paint the size of a dollar completely missing. I asked the salesman why he didn’t send photos of all the other damaged spots and he claimed “he didn’t see them” They were visible from 10ft away so he flat out lied. The vehicle also had a seatbelt that had a rip in it, if I didn’t catch it they would have sold me an unsafe vehicle.  The dealership misrepresented the vehicle and made me drive 8 hours total just to go home empty handed. Very shady place take your money elsewhere.

We recently purchased a car from Subaru of Bend and used the Costco program. It was a great experience. Greg was extremely helpful explaining the feature of each model cat we were considering.
The buying process was no hassle.
We have received follow up calls less than 24 hours after leaving the show room that answered some operating questions. Highly recommend this dealership and Greg!
