Did not get all paperwork. Did not have confirmed financing when I left the dealership. I then e-sighed a new document and ended up with a service plan on the loan and a second loan for the warranty that changed from a premiums plan to an extra plan. But I was told there was no change to the coverage just the way Its financed. A check engine light 12 days after purchase. I
was told its cover by the warranty. It was not because this is when I found out the warranty was changed. Same price less coverage. Lies lies lies. Very upsetting experience.

Oh my, these guys have an inviting, family feel, and the best team work I have EVER seen at a dealer. I have worked at a lot of dealerships, and have purchased plenty of cars...these guys made me feel like part of the family right away, went through a couple of cars, then they brought out a beautiful BMW hybrid. [Side note, they really worked for me at their desks and through a super guy that I have no idea what his title is, but he helped me from the minute he could see that I need a car, and checked in through the whole process, they were super, and I had low expectations] They got me into a beautiful BMW hybrid!
