This beautiful TAB trailer will tow behind almost any vehilcle. No big truck needed, GVWR is only 1938 pounds and the load can be distributed so as to fit the proper tongue weight (We've been towing it with an import VW-van brought over from Europe without any problems). Fits in the most common garages for Storage even in HOA  Communities - height is 7feet9. We are the second owners of this 2007 TAB Trailer but have used it only a few times - and the previous owner - who we bought it from in 2021 - had (credibly) used it even less. The trailer has been to Toms Camperland for a thorough inspection in December 2023. The major problems we did not get fixed were - a missing door key (previous owner had lost it and we never seemed to really need one) - the converter is not charging, so the fridge and lights can currently not be run on the battery. This is also since we bought it and we never missed it as everything works fine once hooked up to power (ordinary 110 V - available at most campsites). - Roofing sealant cracked in a few spots - that was noted on the inspection but we've been in some heavy rain a few times when we used it and it never seemed to be a problem.  - The blinds could need replacement. We kept them as it didn't bother us too much. - Cover of the gas can compartment missing. Toms Camperland did a complete axle service and a thorough check of the gas pipes and the electricals. They all work fine and the trailer is definitely roadworthy and ready to roll. One great feature of speacial note in AZ: the A/C System is phantastic. We've camped in some really hot places in midsummer and it has never let us down. What's more, we have made put in new Seat covers and painted the walls white. All books and manuals are included. Very well taken care of (always kept in our own garage) and lovely little trailer. Cash only, clean title in hand. Only serious and reasonable offers, please.
