Description

This is a signed original piece of large mirrored artwork, 44 in. by 35 in. The artist is Noah Jerome. A tag on the back indicates that this was produced by Artmaster Studios in San Fernando CA. The artwork consists of pink irises silhouetted behind a large black canvas. It has some 3d dimensionality. It is compatible with modern, art deco and mid-century modern decor. The frame is gloss black. The artwork is in good condition, with very slight chips in the frame corner pieces. Artmaster Studios was one of several commercial art companies from the 1960s onwards which created artwork for the furniture trade. Artmaster and Vanguard Studios (started in the 60's by Lee Reynolds Burr) were later both acquired by Interiors, Inc. of NY.
