This stylish vintage sofa has been very well maintained/conditioned and looks almost like new. The genuine leather is buttery soft and supple. Dark brown color (cocoa or espresso) is expensive looking and pairs well with most of other decors. A luxury, staple, timeless piece. Beautiful and comfortable for the living room. Similar leather sofas are sold for $4000 before tax at Wayfair or Westelm. The only reason we need to let go is because we’re moving 😭 * Brand: Chateau d’Ax * Material: Premium Italian Leather and real wood frame (very heavy) * Dimensions: 90” x 36” x 36” * Maintained in excellent condition Note: Pick-up requires taking the sofa two stairs down. While my husband is happy to help, taking care of this will require two additional men as the sofa is quite heavy.
