Description

This is a single family owned Wurlitzer 1740 Upright Piano that’s in great condition. Plays beautifully. Verified as authentic and . Appraised at being worth between $1.2-2.6k. Would be worth more but little dings on the bottom of the outside kept it from being mint status. Ironically, for all the hurricanes and Mother Nature in general, it was always stored in a temp controlled storage unit. It wasn’t necessary since we never came to close to flooding, but better safe than sorry!!
