Description

60,000 BTU, 80% efficient, single stage, 3 ton, downflow, natural gas, forced air furnace. Excellent condition. This furnace was installed inside a warm clean hall closet in a non smoking, no pets home and serviced regularly. The air filters were changed frequently so it’s very clean inside. It was installed in 2014 and I just replaced it with a 97% variable Speed 2 stage furnace with A/C. It works great and will be good reliable furnace for years to come. Let me know if you have any questions. Installation is available at an extra cost.
