I can’t say enough good things about working with James at ford of smithtown! From the start, he was so patient, helpful, and genuinely fun to work with. Our case definitely wasn’t the simplest, but he went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, handled all the details, and honestly made buying a car feel easy (which I never thought I’d say 😂).

We bought our daughter a her first car from Ford of Smithtown. We actually came from Central Jersey Shore area, 2.5 hours away. The dealership had a fair price on the model we have been looking for and was easy to work with. Rocco sent me the pictures I requested within minutes. They made it very easy to prepare paperwork for once we arrived. We also dealt with Dave in sales who was great. Car was as described, no hidden fees. The F&I process was also smooth. The F&I manager was not pushy on products. He recommended one fairly priced extended warranty. If I was not in the automotive business and had access to resources I would have spoke more about the warranty. Overall I wish this dealer was closer to us. Thank you team Ford of Smithtown.

I had an incredible experience at Ford St. James/Smithtown. As a first-time Bronco Big Bend owner, I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson than Vinny Visceglia. He was invaluable, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. He also took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. I was a loyal Chevy Suburban driver for years, so the decision to switch was a big one. I never felt rushed or pressured. The whole team at Ford St. James was also fantastic to work with from start to finish — they made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I love my Ford Bronco Big Bend. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Vinny and the Ford St. James team — you won’t be disappointed!

I saw the truck I was looking for online.  Went into Ford of Smithtown and met Rocco my salesperson.   Took a test drive right away, Rocco was able to save me 35% on my car insurance costs, with a phone call. Also, saved me a few dollars from the listed price.

I picked up the truck a week later, Mathew was my finance person.  He set me up with a great rate and term, Matt saved me some money on the extended warranty.

Car came out washed/clean and ready to go!
