This QFX Speaker is used but in great condition and works good and was playing loudly. We only had it for a little over a year and bought a new phone and now for whatever reason we can not get it to connect to our new phone. I do not think it is anything wrong with the speaker I think it doesn't work or pair with the new phone we bought. You will not be disappointed, for this reason going to let it go aat a low price
