Eric is the best sales person at Carr Subaru, from the moment I walked into the dealership he was very welcoming and attentive. Being in the office felt a lot like visiting friends and family at their house. They made sure that we were comfortable. They were very welcoming, not only to us, but to our dogs as well. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful and helpful.

The process was way easier than I ever imagined and it took about 45 minutes for financing mgr to prepare all the documents (she was super friendly and efficient ) and it only took about 30 minutes for me to sign everything electronically and then I was out of there with my brand new-to-me car and it was SO much easier than I ever expected. I had been dreading this for a long time and things just happened to work out and I got the car that had everything that I wanted for zero down.

Ask for Jose Hincapie for top tier service. He was very patient and forthcoming and I really appreciated that.

We had the easiest car buying experience EVER and it was due to Jose Hincapie! He is sincerely focused on ensuring the best customer experience.  Period.  He greeted us with a smile, immediately gave us information to understand our options and then took the time that we needed to make the best decision.  I changed my mind 4x and he stuck with me, to ensure I understood the comparisons and respective options.  Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision.  He sincerely wanted us to be in the car of our choice on our timeline, which took a number of days.  I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.  He's simply fantastic!

I can't post without also mentioning that the overall experience being positive.  Chris, the manager - while time was limited, she was informative and had a personal touch, and Jeremy, the finance lead - he was also informative and responsive. A great team!
