What can I say Nick and the Alpine team really went above and beyond any expectations I might have had.

I bought a 2001 gmc sierra 4x4 when I picked up the truck I noticed the heat wasn’t working and it had a slight coolant smell nothing crazy no typical coolant leak signs just a weird smell and poor heat. I brought up my concerns during the purchase and was promised they would look into it and fix what ever heat related was wrong. Through troubleshooting they found a heater core was causing the issue and replaced it for me at considerable cost to themselves (7 hour minimum labor job) now I have a working low miles truck and would gladly do business with them again should I need something else in the future.

I did my research some of the negative reviews on here are laughable. You buy USED cars and should therefore be prepared to fix any normal wear and tear items (ball joints, oils tires etc) I replaced these items within days of purchase of my truck and it now happily runs down the road reliably.

I’d recommend alpine to anyone searching for used thanks guys
