I initially reached out to check on a specific car from out of town. Immediately, Gabe Luca got a hold of me to schedule a visit. He worked around my schedule and when something unexpected came up, we still met on the planned day to go over expectations and possible choices.

Haven't had that experience with anyone here in Washington state so it was really nice to be treated with so much courtesy as an out of state shopper. Gabe was able to get me some estimates and had other options lined up in case the car I was interested in didn't meet the expectations. 2 days later, Gabe again addressed some questions I had and coordinated conversation with the team at Diplomat Motors and they not only answered all my questions and concerns, they made it look like it was easy.

I spent about two months researching and shopping for my next truck. There's so much to learn and I definitely gave up a few times. I also was very attached to my old truck but knew I had outgrown it! I needed a stronger truck but didn't have the funds to just "get the perfect truck." Once I decided on the exact engine and configuration I wanted, I saw there were very few out there that could meet my needs. Fortunately for me, Diplomat Motors had a very fair deal on the truck I wanted with low miles. From the first time I reached out to them for information about the truck, the salesman Gabe Luca was incredibly friendly and helpful. Gabe shared the original window sticker and CarFax and let me come take it for a test drive. Gabe and Billy from the Finance department really worked hard to get me the best loan possible and accept my cosmetically-challenged BFF truck as a trade-in. They treated me really well and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. The process was actually very quick--they really did all the heavy lifting. I'm very grateful they could help me with this deal and be an integral part of growing the farm. Honestly a major stress has been lifted and many doors have been opened for my business!
