This is a rare piece of furniture previously owned by Billy Joel and the artist who makes these sells these for around $47,000. Here’s a picture of one that sold recently without a coffee table for $38,000. These pieces are made out of Redwood and our amazingly put together strong and very heavy. You’ll need about six guys to lift one piece of furniture. It comes with the couch two chairs and a coffee table. I’m looking to get $15,000 for a quick sale you can turn around and sell it and make yourself over $20,000 in profit.
