Hello there. This gray sectional sofa with an oversized ottoman is plush, comfy and in decent condition. It was in a household free of pets and smoke; yet, it does have some stains from wear & tear. After a deep clean, it will be a stylish complement to any living room or flex space or playroom. The first photo was taken immediately prior to its transfer to storage. The second photo is how it looks when we set it up outside the unit. The two photos also provide two different design ideas on how you can arrange the sectional.
