I bought a Chrystler 300 2016 not even a month ago and have already had to deal with multiple issues including the motor check engine light and they rarely  awnser the phone,  I am very upset at the fact that  bought a car thinking I was finally going to be able to rely on it but instead I keep having to take it back to the dealer and they seem to think it’s not a big deal when I rely on my car for work school etc.

New to Salinas and needed a cheaper car to commute to San Jose, went to a bunch of other used car dealerships and was shocked on how overpriced the cars were. I was told by one of my buddies that Five Star Motors had amazing prices on used cars. He wasn't wrong, as soon as i stepped foot into the lot i was greeted by the manager, really polite guy, After negotiating for about 20 minutes i picked up a 2013 Honda civic for a steal. went inside and did all the paperwork, Heidi was amazing excellent customer service. will highly recommend this place if your looking for something cheap and reliable.

After buying the car $6,200 the care had a few things that needed repairs. And would have been covered under their warranty. But they would not answer the phone after they realized why I was calling and trying to get help was like pulling teeth. I ended having to pay an additional $6,000. To get the car I. Working order. They pretend to not speak English to avoid helping as well. I do not recommend buying from this lot. Very risky.

So many issues with the car I bought in this place. Yes, it was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

1. Problems with the title. Six months after I bought it, I still haven't received the title. This had to do with "recalls" that the car had, or so they said, and then I found out that they owed past DMV fees and so couldn't transfer the title until they paid it.

2.  Many car issues. From major ones, like a malfunctioning steering wheel to a malfunctioning fuse box, the experience has been horrible to deal with.

3. The manager made many excuses as to why the issues and never simply apologized and took full responsibility for it.

4. Bad communication until I emailed them and threatened to sue.

In the end they gave me $500 "for my troubles" but I have invested $2k so far and still have to invest more for it to be 100%. Watch out with this place.

Excellent service, after we signed the contract, I asked the manager if he could fill up the truck's gas tank,  he said yes.,
Then I asked him, the windshield has a little  dent on the passenger side, can you repair it? He said no, I  rather replace the windshield., and the next day he did it..
