Mid Century Modern Vintage Teak Flip Top Desk

Teak flip top desk in the style of Peter Lovig Nielsen’s well known Danish desk. There is no maker’s mark, but it is part of the 1980s Scova line by Dixie. It may also be used as a partners desk when the back shelf flips down on its brass hinges, creating a larger work surface. It features three drawers on the base and two additional drawers that can be placed in any configuration in the desk’s cubbies. It’s in good vintage condition. There is a difference in color on the top under the folding portion due to sun fading. There is also a darker area on the top of the desk and a small part of one drawer. Dimensions: 54” wide x 26” deep x 34.5” tall folded, 36” deep x 29.25” tall unfolded. There’s 23.5” between the floor and the bottom of the desk top. Refinishing is available for an extra cost, but it still looks great as is. This also comes with the pictured matching chair which is labeled.
