Used and still has plenty of life, super comfy, left side reclines with no issues but the right side needs to be looked into. Recently we noticed that the lever was not working and would not recline we are pretty sure its fixable but we honestly didn't care to fix it. We also repaired the lumbar support beam on the left side when it got a crack during the summer of 2023 and its sturdier than before. It has been in a pet friendly home but im a neat freak and have vacuumed and cleaned it daily. No further issues on it but what has been mentioned. It is FREE due to the issue with the reclining. My loss is your gain. Pick Up only. Backs come off for easy haul away but it is on the 3rd floor condo so 2 strong guys will be needed to get it down. My wife and I brought it up with no issue but it’s heavy due to steel framing. It will be clean and ready to go.
