Barbell with several clamps. - Pull up, dip, and Ab (leg lift) structure - lifting belt - Pilates bar - “perfect push up” handles - dumbbells - (2) 35 lb, (2) 30lb, (5) 25lb and (2) 10 lbs. as well as (2) adjustable that receive small diameter weights. Total lbs - 265 - small diameter weights - (12) 10lb, (3) 5lb Total lbs - 135 - large diameter weights - (4) 45 lb, (4) 35 lb, (4) 10lb, (7) 5 lbs, (10) 2.5 lb.
