$8,500 OBO ! Clean title This van was built as a conversion van straight out of the factory. driven her up & down the Cali coast 7 times & half way across the country from Cali to Mo & had no issues! I lived in her full time for almost 3 years as my daily driver & gone on many trips. Tansmission had been replaced by the previous owner about 2years prior & then I put a new engine in her Feb 2022. Mechanically sound but needs a few minor maintenance upkeep and some interior TLC Has *Propane stove, works *Propane built in heater, works *Water tank under bed *Fridge/freezer,wiring issue, works when hooked up or van is running. Runs on propane & electric. *Sink, needs pipes *Porta potty *1,000w lithium house battery. All electronics charged by split battery system. No solar. *Plenty of storage *2 tables *Swivel seats *Heat works, AC not working *Fits full size bed Needs oil &transmission pans changed, windshield wiper reservoir, brake pads, & house vent replaced, alignment
