Description

Vintage Atlas (also known as a Craftsman 101) 6” metal cutting lathe. This one has been modified to fit on a custom cabinet with the motor sitting below the headstock. This keeps the footprint about as small as one could get and still have a functional 6x18 lathe. It does have its limitations though. It’s limited to just a few speeds as it doesn’t have a countershaft, but with the back gear activated, it has enough range for most applications. One side of the cabinet is for storage of tool holders, wrenches, etc. Quite the neat little set up and perfect for someone with limited space. Comes with all the tool holder and other bits in the wood box. Belt was recently replaced. Cabinet footprint is: 32-1/8” long x 10” deep Cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle accepted.
