Correct spelling is Oak Brook - Tush tag bottom line has 1965(KR), which indicates that it was part of the Korean Market. - The date listed on the hang tag is 1997, while the tush tag is 1998. "WISE" is a cream and brown owl with black button eyes. Has a graduation cap on his head. Item is as pictured with all tags still attached. Never been played with or displayed.
