2001 Mercury 25 HP 4-Stroke Outboard (1F25412YD) • Electric start • Long shaft (20" / 508 mm) driveshaft housing • Power trim as standard equipment • Gear ratio: 2.41:1, It ran great when I pulled it off my pontoon boat last month. I ended up upgrading to a 50 hp. no controls, no tiller handle . Could probably use an oil change I currently have it on a pallet. Bring your truck or a trailer and I will load it with the forklift for you. $1500 or open to trades
