Description

Downey was a premier Jeep Land cruiser off-road shop back in the day, they made high high quality aftermarket performance parts, for Toyota and Jeep.. this air filter housing fits.. FJ40, 55 and 60.. The manufacturer wrote the filter element is a k&n # E-1050 it is 9 in round and 2 in tall.. It is supplied round. Then you push it in the two sides to make it oval. Then the downey housing holds it into the oval shape.. Housing only. No filter.. Hard to find vintage part ! Has a cut out in it for some reason. I'm assuming linkage to a different carburetor.... See pics.. it is designed to fit a Holley 2 barrel!!
