The process was so hassle free. Adrian and Danzel were both amazing and efficient. Any concerns I had about the car were handled immediately, with smiles. I appreciate them so much. I got to deal with Jacob personally and loved how he wasted no time helping me get into the car that I wanted. I love it and I'll be recommending Jacob's Pre-owned and will come back here for any of my car needs in the future. While I was in there I got to witness the care that each of these guys give their customers.
