Description

We have enjoyed this camper for 5 years but our kids are getting bigger so we need to upgrade. It has been parked in one location during that time. The Good: It is structurally sound with no soft spots or leaks. We have always covered it in the Fall and Winter. We have never had any rodent or bug problems. There is storage under the bed and under the seats on either side of the table. There is a good sized closet in the bathroom as well. There are two doors. Other features: Awning Spare tire Air conditioning Vent and fan in bathroom. The Bad: I remember when we moved it 5 years ago there was something wrong with the brakes or brake lights. I do not remember the details, unfortunately. The refrigerator and freezer need to be replaced as they do not work. There is a propane leak in a line on the outside of the trailer that needs to be fixed before the stove can be used. If you are interested in checking it out please message me.
