Hello I have an awesome 2004 seadoo gti Trailer not included!! Yes I have the title Yes it runs and drives but unfortunately it doesn’t want to throttle up unless the choke is half on then it runs great. Rebuilt the carb last year and worked great Might be clogged again I heard potentially the petcock needs bypassed. Not sure at this point don’t want to put anymore money in it. Asking 1600 obo
