I haven't bought a car since 2002 ! Let me tell you all about how incredible this experience at Northstar Kia has been. From the minute I called up Heidy she took excellent care of me. I had a few questions about dimensions due to my small garage size but she broke it down to me so nicely that I scheduled my appointment the same day after speaking with her. She worked from the moment I got there until we left to figure out the selection that best suited me, from loaners to new cars and all around.

She is truly exceptional and the definition of a great salesperson. After not buying a car in years I didn't know how to work the thing, she was detailed and friendly to show me what it was that I needed to know. She saved all my addresses and was very thorough in her process.
