The car buying experience here was very pleasant. My salesperson, Andre, was great! Finance department was awesome too! Everything was explained clearly every step of the way. I bought from out of town and my vehicle was waiting and ready to go! My delivery person took time to go over my vehicle and all of the app features. I will definitely recommend to others.

We had the best experience buying our expedition from Gateway and our salesman, Donald was fantastic! He was extremely communicative, honest and actually wanted to sell us a car unlike a lot of care salesman we had previously tried to work with. Extremely happy with our purchase and it was a smooth process!

Brought in my rare rapid blue camaro to get serviced, and I'm really disappointed with how i got my car back. The technicians spilled chemicals on my paint and doors. Somehow, it was covered in a thick layer of dust. They even were messing with my infotainment settings and ambient lighting. I do not recommend bringing any expensive vehicles to them.

If you want to buy a Chevy, start here. These guys are great. We worked with Jermaine and he was outstanding. He introduced himself as soon as we arrived. He got us right over to the cars we were interested in seeing. He was upfront and transparent through the entire process. He worked with the manager to get us the best price possible on our new car, and on our trade in. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We drove up from Tucson and it was 100% worth the trip.

Carlos was the one that helped my wife and I when we came in. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He helped us find the best vehicle for our needs. He went above and beyond when it came to helping us get the best deal possible with our trade in. We really appreciated the fact that he wasn’t pushy or rude on selling us the car. He gave us a wonderful experience and we will be returning to this location when we’re ready to purchase our next vehicle.
