Item works great! I've had it a long time but it just takes up room in my garage and I want it gone! As mentioned in the title, this unit heats up very quickly and once it is heated up, you can steam continuously until the water runs out! As shown in the pictures, the garment hanger can raise up or be collapsed for storage. There is one defect, besides a little dust lol, and that's that. The third stage of the adjustable garbage hanger is missing the clip. Which just means its maximum hanger. Height is about 12 in shorter. However, even when that clip was still there, I never used the built-in garment hanger capability. I've always just hung the garment up on a rack as it's much easier anyway.
