Easiest car buying experience ever!!! What a lovely family owned dealership, everyone was so kind.  Zero pressure,  great price (below bluebook). I bought a Infinti QX60. I love it. They had several vehicles that I went to look at, the Infinti won.  They delivered the car to my home (which was nice).  I buy a lot of cars and I will be buying the next one from them as well. They will even try to find the car you're looking for. I appreciate that they have an automobile too.
Easy, pleasant experience.  I highly recommend.

We don’t usually write reviews, but feel compelled to do so now.
We recently purchased a Ford F-150 XLT Sport Model Truck with a 3.5L Twin Turbo Eco-boost engine.
All was good until a week or so later. We started hearing some strange noise coming the engine and after about three weeks or so it got worse.
We took it to a repair facility and tried to use an extended warranty we had purchased. After an inspection from the warranty company, they denied the claim, stating it was a preexisting condition.
We reached out to Ben from Carzpal and he and his family stepped up and took care of the problem.
Ben has also reached a couple of times afterward to check with us to make sure all is OK.
In closing like we mentioned “We don’t usually write reviews” but in this case we had too.
We would highly recommend the Carzpal family and are very grateful for them. Thanks again to Ben and his crew.

Do not trust Carpalz. Before I even purchased the vehicle, I pointed out a front‑end issue and asked for it to be fixed. They refused and claimed nothing was wrong.
After the purchase, the problem continued. Carpalz insisted the issue was the control arms, even though I told them I believed it was the CV axles or rack and pinion. Their mechanics dismissed my concerns.
I drove the vehicle 100 miles, and the problem never went away. I had it inspected elsewhere, and it turned out the issue was exactly what I said from the beginning: bad CV axles.
They misdiagnosed the problem and refused to address it when it was identified before purchase. This experience cost me time and money. I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection and being very cautious if you deal with this dealership.
