2003 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel with 2 slide outs, 33ft long, Clean regular title, This fifth wheel has 2 slide outs. Its currently parked in a space at My dads storage facility. I am posting it for him. He was living in the fifth wheel in the rv park till March when he couldn't afford the annual rent anymore so he decided to move it to a storage and temporarily move in at my brothers as a caretaker till be could figure something out. Now that my brother passed my dad moved in with my sister so we have decided on selling the fifth wheel in hopes of using part of the money to get my brother cremated. It has the roof top a/c unit and 2 window air conditioners. 2 slides fridge microwave stove all work in nice shape also the roof was just recently painted with that sealer stuff so its ready for monsoon season. Oakwood cabinets, everything works. Some of The pictures were taken after it got moved to storage. It was a last minute decision so if it looks a little cluttered, that is why. It has a queen bed in the bedroom part of the trailer, stand up shower with the glass doors around it. It has nice oak wood cabinets inside carpet and lanolium everything works as it should. You will have to make arrangements to move it yourself if you buy it, he has no way to haul it..The toilet is in its own section with a sliding door between it and the shower and sink area. Which is across from it on the other side so you can be using the toilet with the door shut and someone else can walk through to the bedroom or to use bathroom sink without anybody seeing you on the toilet. There is another divider thatseparatess the living room kitchen area from the bathroom area. Lots of cupboard space and there's another little linen closet just outside from the sliding door that seperates the toilet room big enough to put a vacuum and hang some clothes up in. Also there is a big double closet in the bedroom with mirrored sliding doors it's a double closet covering the entire width of the bedroom at the far end wall. Check it out you won't be disappointed. $6500 cash only price is a little negotiable if you are interested. If you had 6300 I would let it fo for that.
