2003 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel with 2 slide outs, 33ft long, Clean regular title, This fifth wheel is currently parked in a space at my dads storage facility. I am posting it for him because he recently moved in with my sister and has decided to sell it. It's been in storage since March 1st this year. He is a senior and couldn't pay his annual rent so that is why it's in storage. It has the roof top a/c unit and 2 window air conditioners. My dad thought it was cheaper to run the 2 window units instead of using the roof top a/c but that is a matter of opinion. They all work great. 2 slides fridge microwave stove/oven they all work in nice shape also the roof was just recently painted with that sealer stuff so its ready for monsoon season. My dad likes to keep up with routine maintenance. Oakwood cabinets, everything works. Some of The pictures were taken after it got moved to storage. It was a last minute decision so if it looks a little cluttered, that is why. I don't think my dad actually packed anything he just had it moved and then grabbed a few necessities. It has a queen bed in the bedroom part of the trailer, stand up shower with the glass doors around it. If interested let me know and I can give you my dad's number and he can show it only during normal business hours when he has access to the storage. It's near 83rd avenue and Northern area. There is a microwave and futon that is new. No trades, no deliveries and no ridiculously low offers or I will block you, cash only. It has nice oak wood cabinets inside carpet and lanolium everything works as it should. Smoke free and pet free Priced to sell at $6,500 price is firm, my dad will not accept any payment apps cash only. My dad does have the title in his name he has owned it about 3 years. You will have to make arrangements to move it yourself if you buy it, he has no way to haul it..The toilet is in its own section with a sliding door between it and the shower and sink area. Which is across from it on the other side so you can be using the toilet with the door shut and someone else can walk through to the bedroom or to use bathroom sink without anybody seeing you on the toilet. There is another divider that separates the living-room/kitchen area from the bathroom area. Lots of cupboard space and there's another little linen closet to the left of the bathroom door, big enough to put a vacuum and hang some clothes up in. Also there is a big double closet in the bedroom with mirrored sliding doors covering the entire width of the bedroom at the far end wall. Check it out. You won't be disappointed. $6500 cash only price is a little negotiable if you are interested. If you have 6300, I would let it go for that. Please do not message me asking if I will take 3k or 5k because the answer is no. I have had a couple of inquiries asking if I will accept 3k, which is insulting, so I kindly just block them.
