Hands down the most unprofessional amateur car sales experience I can remember (in fact having 20 years in corporate sales... $1.6B... it might be in the top 5). I would give it -5 stars if that was an option. Car was available no pictures.. I texted and called for a frigging week to try to get the sales person Jody to get things moving. Crickets and crickets... from a sales department!!!!!. Then some run around car needs parts...its still here dont worry. Promised me it would not be sold by anyone else.... guess what the car was sold!!! During that time period. Jody was at bushgardens riding roller coasters.  Every other phone call to the actual sales department they sounded like it was their first day..clueless about everything.  Except for one awesome lady who finally solved the puzzle, i would have fired %70 of the people i came accross. Mcdonalds does a better job at customer service.  My next email is to Manley...CEO of autonation and Mercedes. How Mercedes Benz is even associated with this clown operation is beyond me.

UPDATE: As you can see a boiler plate response came from the dealer. "Thank you! etc...we do care oh so much....please call the GM...nothing is actually gonna happen but it makes us look just a tad more responsive(We tried, really hard)"........

My take: Your in the customer service and sales industry. PICK UP! a phone, you have my number. Called and texted you soo much I should take up 1/4 of your total calls that week.

To all other prospective car buyers. Dont accept this, you deserve more and you are worth more. Just your time, the little you have should not be spent on companies that are clearly in the enshitification phase. Seek enlightenment elsewhere.... there are trustworthy and descent places to buy cars from.

I had an excellent experience working with Service Adviser Bradley at the Pompano Beach Dealership. From the moment I arrived, the staff  were friendly, professional, and attentive. Bradley took the time to clearly explain what my car needed and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The service was completed on time, and my car runs perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers, but Bradley definitely does. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Mercedes Benz Dealership in Pompano Beach you’ll be in great hands!

I strongly advise against doing business with Mercedes Pompano. I paid a $5,000 deposit for a 2024 Mercedes GLS Maybach 600, which was then sold to another buyer without any notification. Since then, I’ve been trying to get my refund, but the dealership doesn’t respond to my messages, claiming they are on vacation. This behavior is highly unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer

Another car dealer that won’t honor on their promises after the sales is done.
Waited for two hours to complete the purchase on a certified vehicle because they have only once finance person. The back seat cup holder won’t open, was told by sales person that it can be taken care of when you bring it in a few weeks. Car gives coolant error, take it to them and voila. If you want it to be fixed pay $1000. Where is the sales person? He is gone. Certified vehicle? Not covered.
Where is the customer service? In the trash after you sign the contract.
I had Porsches and Lexuses, better cars, better warranty, exceptional customer service. Why waste your time and money here….
