Had it for a year barely ever used, decided we have no use for it in the house so getting rid of it. No kids in the house, non smoking house. the side pieces (arm rests) slide out, the couch is exactly 5ft in length and each side is is 1ft in width (making it 2ft wide when the back is flat) the back part folds quite nicely and legs can be screwed off too
