This was hands down the easiest and most stress-free purchase. Ilkin was incredibly professional, respectful, and friendly. But most of all, he really helped to answer all my questions and make the whole purchase as easy as possible. I’ve had bad car purchases in the past so I was very clear that I wanted to take it for an inspection. He agreed and said he had every confidence in his vehicles. I took it to a shop of my choosing and they said it had been well maintained. I would highly recommend buying a car here!

He effortlessly guided me through the process of buying and shipping my car from Seattle to Alaska, even handling the complexities of military shipping without any issues. Update:

Although the customer service before and during the sale was great, the after experience was something I was not prepared for. I purchased a minivan to travel in with my children and to my dismay, it has horrible suspension issues to the point that I cannot drive it safely. I am updating my review so that others will do their due diligence before purchasing a used vehicle from here or any other dealerships. I regret not getting the suspension checked out but as a buyer, I feel like we should not have to worry about such things. Lesson learned. I reached out to the owner back in August and still have not heard back. I'm stuck with a $5000 repair and a vehicle that I cannot currently drive for what it was purchased for. I was very transparent with Ilkin and I am appalled that even knowing it was intended for me to travel with my children, he sold the mini van to me with rusted shocks, struts, calipers, and lower control arms.

Usually a salesperson will be pushy and won't take into consideration your needs or your best interest. I am happy to say that Ilkin was very helpful and did have my best interest! Not once did he pressure me to finalize the sale. It took me 3 long days to finally make a decision and he was patient through it all.
