I purchased a 26 Passport.   Overall a positive experience.   Of course you have to say No a few times before you get to the right price.   Trade value was right in line with others.   It was a matter of convenience as to why I purchased from NS but I would go back.

First time, buyer of this dealership and I have to say, the experience was really pleasant when my wife and I walked in are salesman Shaz welcomed us with the open arms and a great attitude. And he walked us through the lot as we took our time and picking the car that we want. We went on a test drive, came back and sealed the deal.
The finance team was nothing but excellence and professionalism. They worked very hard getting us into our brand new 2025 Honda HR-V  we are extremely happy with the service that was provided in the vehicle that we now hold huge shout out to Shaz our salesman , AJ the financial director and Paul the used car manager we will definitely be buying another car with this dealership.

It starts at the top with a genuinely knowledgeable one of a kind honest Service Manager who's main goal is helping the customer solve their issues. Bill Seifert is patient, understanding and problem solving oriented with the goal of helping the consumer. He has cultivated a team in the service department that is stellar. Everyone from Alexia Olivo, Noah Morales, Lacye Lanning, to  Shelby Longoria (special accessories) are so easy going, professional, welcoming and focused on providing the best service possible. They confront somewhat difficult and uncomfortable circumstances of addressing mechanical issues and communicating options without being pushy. They are kind and thoughful and maintain professionalism. They under promise and over deliver. Proper time lines for service work be it quick or long are addressed upfront. The cost of serviecs are presented as options on the table honestly. You can not ask for more. This is my go to service center for my Honda. Any future purchases and services conducted will be made here for my vehicles moving forward.
